Bremont

Bremont
Just to share a recent hoot, I understand it's not a very popular brand locally but that sleek case profile and the knurled orange barrel is a unique combination I simply cannot resist.

The Bremont MB IIs are made in Britian with a case that is hardened to 2000 vickers but yet retains a satin finish unlike the beadblasted cases of Damasko/Sinn.

Watch is powered by a chronometer grade BE-36AE movement which is based on a ETA 2836. Upgrades on the movement includes a glucydur balance, anachron balance spring, nivaflex mainspiring and a Bremont Rotor.

Some addtional marketing fluff : the MB2s are tested in collaboration with Martin Baker to survive being blasted out of their aircraft ejection seats

There goes my new year resolution to not buy any watch this year.

Re: Bremont
Nice watch, congrats bro!
Re: Bremont
Nice watch!

Don't worry, there is always next year
Re: Bremont
Nice and pretty special looking watch.

Re: Bremont
Swee swee!

The addition of the orange color on the case, and minor decorations on the dial makes this piece off from being a regular military flieger.

It's more like a flieger for flying sports pilots!

Nice.

Where did u hoot?

Thanks all ! :D

Strange as it may seem, they actually did a limited edition model for our RSAF 127th Squadron

Re: Bremont

The RSAF edition is more high-end than the FORTIS for Taiwan Airforce!!!
