Seiko solar chrono diver recall

Saw this on other website a recall of solar diver with the following case numbers as indicated on this blog

alamak. but the site said voilent force. not very clear. ifwe buy parallel import, dont know if TS will help.

anyway, any danger to the wearer? if not then just dont hit it with voilent force. would appreciate further information.
