i ordered it i think 2 to 3 months ago and they are very hesitant on supplying these part because they always think that you are making fake seikos . i said , if i'm gonna make fake seikos , i will not order 5 sets of the dials and hands ( paranoid ) . anyway , the parts arrived. i ordered it from a watch store here in the philippines and they ordered it thru the distributor and to seiko japan. you can try ordering from your local dealer, the dial part number is 4R35 00F4 XB13 and the hands part numbers are. 1FH090FCB4K and 2FH135FDB4K . regarding the second hand, they send me the wrong hands , so have to ask for the correct hands.
