Anyone got experience with SBGE001, SBGA029, SBGA031?

Anyone got experience with SBGE001, SBGA029, SBGA031?
Looking at the the above 3, just wondering if anyone have experience with these pieces.

Couple of things that is a must.

1)Spring drive

Got a mm300 that i love so see no reason to get another high quality mechanical. And as an enginner, i cant help but marvel at the concept of a Spring Drive.

2) Casual Watch

Needs to be a piece that is suitable for casual occasions. I dont wear formal except for weddings which in the event there is one i need to attend, my poljot got the job covered. That said, i would still like to show off the quality of a GS by retiring the poljot to the showcase at such functions  . So yeap, its mostly for t-shirts/bermudas, jeans/short sleeve shirt.

3)WR

Hopefully 200m but as long as it can survive snorkling it will be fine. Adchili it wont go anywhere submerged other than getting drenched in rain or in the shower in the very worst case.

4)Lume

Highly preferble but........Dosent need to be overly messy, just a couple of dots that i can see in movies or at night will do.

5)Scratch resistent

tougher the better but i understand its unavoidable. But cannot look like a piece of shiat after getting scratched up. One of the main reasons i love divers is because they are "aesthetically resistent" to scratch.

The above mentioned pieces are not cheap by my standards...very expensive imo so need more inputs to help decide. :D :D
Re: Anyone got experience with SBGE001, SBGA029, SBGA031?
get SBDB001 otherwise known as MM600? A dressy or smart casual SD diver...
Re: Anyone got experience with SBGE001, SBGA029, SBGA031?
Fully agree, the MM 600 SD is damn chio :) it's a must to have for divers collectors.

Except it cost the price of two mm300

Plus together mm600
Re: Anyone got experience with SBGE001, SBGA029, SBGA031?
Already have a beautiful mm300. :) :) Thats why I left out the mm600 since its in the same prospex range.
Re: Anyone got experience with SBGE001, SBGA029, SBGA031?
Although it's same prospex cat, but the SD movement surpass the MM 300 and it can consider the cream of the crop :)

If pocket is deep then I will get this piece too :)

Yah I would get the SD MM600 over the MM300... But that's just me..

For my 8L35 fix I prefer the emperor tuna...

For HAQ fix I want the anti magnetic GS quartz...

I prefer the MM300 over the SD MM600 simply because the mm300 design is based so much on Seiko's second 300m professional diver 6159-7001.

And the MM300 is Seiko's only 300m diver with an automatic movement in its current line up.

If I were to get an SD, I'd go for the Landmaster SBDB005.

The unique design seems more fitting with SD technology.

It's using the same SD calibre as SD MM600, and it'll leave you some spare change in your pocket.

ask for nicer hands set and less busy dial, lol.
Re: Anyone got experience with SBGE001, SBGA029, SBGA031?
My my. The mm600 sure looks good! :P But it leaves no place for the mm300 in the stable, one mountain cannot have 2 tigers. Lolx.

Seems not many ppl are supporting the GS leh. How come arh, I tot a GS should be on everyone's wishlist. Was thinking the mm300 can cure my mechanical fix, while the GS can cure my SD+GS fix.

Wait till you set your eyes on mechanical GS. Personally not so much into spring drive watches.
