Seiko SKA 547 Kinetic

Ive sent it for repair once, but once i got it back, the battery indicator doesnt seem to initialize the second hand to 12oclock position on the first press. I called my authorize service center and they told me that it is perfectly normal and i have to wait manually till 12oclock.



But i clearly remember first press is to initialize. Who is correct here?
