i like that strap. can u share where u got it from?



Here's mine on a tropic rubber.. it's the one with gold linings around the lume plots.



regret selling my original dial without the linings, its lume is much stronger than my current one.

I got that strap from K2 Mr Goh.



Where you get your tropic strap from? Ebay one is the price of another watch.



Now my watch is on a brown leather strap





The problem with Yobokies is that his dials is C3, it will look weird if your dial is brighter than the hands. The one I got from 10watches is C1 I presume? Definitely not C3, and it matches the stock hands nicely..

I got the tropic from Modena watch. It's actually silicon so it attracts some dust so I run it under water every few days. But it's cheap around $30 as compared to eBay and quite soft and comfy. I like the vintage look the strap brings.



Right now my hands are brighter than the dial. Trying to persuade the buyer to sell me back the dial since he didn't use.

hands brighter nvm bah i feel...with leather straps at $10, i dun mind using it for water since it is also stamped "water resistant" like a paros strap. I have, on numerous occasions just dip my hands in water with the watch on. Its not a $200+ ammo strap so I wouldn't mind at all. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I'm thinking of getting the brushed lugs polished as well to get a closer look to the blancpain. Not sure if able to find an affordable service.

polish urself lo, reshaping of the case and all, one thing is that the seiko is more rounded than the vintage blancpains tat is flat and thinner lugs.

Tat one Mr Goh is working on is with plain silver bezel insert.



It is tat watch that gives me the idea to try the FF dial on 007 with smooth bezel + jubilee strap. Initially just wanna push the FF and hands into a 55.



Hope it is the same as yours. I need to thank you for the spark of idea. :P

Lol. Small world :) dagaz has fff dials for 007 btw. But not sure what colors avail. Monster can use same dials as 007 :)

In total iirc is abt sgp$380? Base watch is sgp$220 or sgp$230 can't rmb exactly. Snzh59? the pvd ver. Parts all fm dagaz, bb rose gold dial, rose gold hands and bb bezel insert all is usd$85. Then plus ah goh special service. Lol
