SDGC011 Seiko Stormtrooper
The Seiko poison is getting deeper....saw this on Amazon, a limited edition Star Wars Stormtrooper edition watch, saw the other editions for darth vader, yoda, darth maul, c3po etc, but i think i still prefer this one with the yoda edition coming in 2nd.



Problem is, the price, at $1300 USD or so. I know it features a 6R21 automatic movement, but accounting for exchange rate, shipping, GST, the total cost might come up to around S$1800 or so.



Is this watch and movement worth this much dough? or am i better off saving up for a used GS? confused...but I am a big Star Wars fan...

Rakuten has cheaper options at 1.2k Sgd which with all in all add up to around S$1.5K. I spent S $1.9k for mine when first come out. It is a beauty.

Ya agree on the re-sale value, but then in Singapore, i feel that only rolex, panerai etc have good resale value...

Buy what you like, keep what you love, don't spend too much. USD$1,200 is too much for me.

I agreed with you on this. Totally no resale value. Must like the model before u buy. For me, I have no 6r21, so add one to the collection.
