There's a watch shop at Blk 811 Hougang Central, it has the LE red and brown Sardine.

Price? to the best of my peeping ability of the hidden price tag, $600+.

Gotto agree with on that one, Titan. The fever for Sardines seem to have died down a little.

To answer my own question, the shop at toa payoh is charging $619 after discount for the red sardine.
