watch with shop warranty, is it parallel imported??

Bought a black monster in a shop in bencoolen but then I realized its only come with shop warranty. I can only blame myself for a newbie n inexperience :cry:

Next time for common models like monster, look for K2, Mr Goh. Good prices and warranty is provided by him. PI sets too.



Unless you want TS warranty, be prepared to also pay more..

If you are paying TS price for this set ,then u have reason to get angry.



If paying parallel set prices, why not.



A lower price for a same thing.



In some cases parallel sets are J set while TS set only comes with K which some guys prefer J only.



No difference to me either j or k.

Likely PI set, wont be too bothered though if the price was good.

Perhaps you should just post your price vs the retail price tag. Then we can advise.



I guess if you got 10-40% discount off retail, it should be TS. Anything more could be PI.



Just my gut feel. Other members who have more experience buying TS set can advise too.

after you bought, on ur newbie n ur inexperience theory, you made this mistake.



so after/other than posting this thread, did you make any effort other than this thread to check here or online how much should be the expected range for a new piece ts or parrallel set??





if this difference in price matters so much , there's the numbers of various retailer on where to buy seiko thread for you to verify.



if ya too shy :oops: , watchwagon has a online webby with prices (this seller does have quote a reasonable price range from the experiences ppl here speak abt)....so does skywatches.



if you want to feel good with ur price bought, looking at superchrono webby will usually create such feelings :lol:



like wat Ivan said, buy liao,dun think so much,personally, i buy wat i feel is okie for me n my pocket, if there's a need to check prices new, i said it already,

if pre-owned prices, a google in sg will usually show up sales thread of the other 2 major watch forum in sg, n even some other misc non watch forums.
