Need Advice on Seiko PMMM

Hi Guys,



I'm looking to build a PMMM - original MM300 dial and hands, with SKX007 body and super oyster bracelet.

Do you know anyone in Singapore who can take on the job? I have already asked JakeB and Harold but they were unable to help.



Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly welcome to scs!



More likely you would need to source the different parts and have them assemble together for you. Mr Goh from K2 can perform the mod for you if you can get the parts for you modd.

The dial itself should fit onto the movement but the SKX007 has a larger dial surface compared to the SNZF17

U might need to use the SNZF17's chapter ring for a perfect fit from the looks of it

There's some1 sellg a pc at swx n sg-roc. U might want to check it out. Px abit high at 550 tho

Not that ex if you consider a new mm dial/handset costing usd200.



Surprisingly the handset is slightly more expensive than the dial.

Becky - nice RMMM you have. I was in talks with a overseas dealer/ modder for something similar, MM300 dial and hands on SKX base, since start June 13 but todate no update, progress so decided to call it off so I can check out other options. Yeah, the M300 dial and hands are hard to find.

All Seiko dials are the same diameter (28.5mm).. The only diff is the chapter ring width which depends on the case.

Solanum88 said it correct.



SNZF17 should fit into skx007. U can check by where the chapter ring ends at the edge if the date window.



I think both are 7s movt so the date wheel location is fixed.

Chapter rings are usually unique for each case. And normally not interchangeable between cases... Usually



U can try and find out when u have everything opened up.
