Charging my JASDF watch, 1 full charge of 30 hrs can last 12mths. can even be used as a torch.

Back on this chucky piece. Someone mentioned that it is a waste to keep it as a drawer queen after so much restoration efforts.

Classic piece and beautiful. Personally agree with the statement quoted above. Unless you buy to keep in safe (and nothing wrong either). Better to cherish it on one's wrist. To me it's like have $$ to buy car but don't use lor. If a collector to keep in museum kind, go right ahead but doubt many are doing that. At the same time, no need to thrash the watch either. Enjoy!

Not trashing it. Still handling with TLC. Got a spare shroud and this current shroud is refinished with a very nice coating.
