I dont know the reliability of this vid, but this is totally uncalled for.

Being somebody's son or brother, I believe certain respect should be given to all.

Boundaries should not be crossed unless life-threatening or protecting your loved ones.

Physical abuse on your subordinates really takes the cake.

saw this a few days ago on fb, i share and hope ppl will share, using physical violence, he's just a scum!!!

At first though was a marketing stunt, then now I see everywhere also talking abt it.



This is worse than the army. Openly hitting someone is crazy.

This is just wrong, the man should be charged and kena caning IMO. No where in the world does it call for hitting an employee or subordinate.

you know... shit happens in numbers of offices in SG. u never know whether it will light up beside you or not...

the colleagues should help the victim to report the spervisor to MOM/ SPF. Its wrong on the ethics and conscience part to see such thing happening beside you.

the fella is a uni grad. he could easily resign and go for other trees. no need to still stay aroundif he find that the job does not fit him...

or in another way round... the employer can excercise his right to terminate the intern's service base on his performance, which may have been accumulated to a certain un-acceptable point that had put his company is a dangerous situation... the employer can refer the performance result to this intern's institution as some kind of complain... need not to raise his hands...

Or... could it be a sudden burst of anger?

oh this incident. If i was a witness to this, I will have a talk with the colleague, y is he suffering from such abuse. and getting such a low pay when he's a graduate. goodness. And then encourage him to report.

For me, i will just take the vid and report to police will do. No point talking to the victim since he never wanted to take action himself.
