okay... here's how you go there...
Go to the main hall of the peoples park complex, go to the escalator that's located to where the smaller push cart stalls are located. Remember, not the escalator near to the entrance that's facing OG.
Then take the escalator to the 2nd floor, look to your right, where the shoe shop and tattoo shop is... TWINKLE ELECTRONICs is around there.
