Bought yesterday..Mini-Mod Today :)

Was at K2 yesterday, to get Mr. Goh to do some Mods for me.



While there, he showed me a Golden Sardine, a.k.a. the SRP 236, with full box set. The price was very attractive, so I grabbed it.



The main part of this watch that I like, is the Copper coloured Dial, but I'm not a big fan of the brown strap, shroud and the copper Bezel. All a bit too much bling-bling for me :oops:



So, I did some simple mods with the parts I had in hand. Basically swopped the Shroud for a Black one from my SRP227 and also put on a Black Z22 Strap. :mrgreen:



Next up, I need to source for a Black Bezel



What do you guys think of the Mods thus far......Sink or Swim ?

If I wanted to get one of the Black Bezels from the SRP229 or SRP231, would Thong Sia provide just the Bezel ?



If can, do they need the specific part number, or would they be able to work based on the watch model number ?

Nice! I was looking that LE also at K2 and didnt like brown/copper colors. So ended up to buy SRP229...:)

Bro Braden has a very nice mini tuna mod too! That 1 needs the sacrifice of 2 ltd Ed mini tunas!
