You will need a dark room (as in low light), a tripod and a camera with full manual controls.
My settings are ISO 100, shutter speed 13 secs, aperture f8.
Once you have positioned your watch,
1. set your cam to manual focus then manually focus on the watch.
2. Lume the watch
3. Switch off the room lights.
4. Press the camera shutter.
5. move the watch around.
That's all, it's very simple.
