THe good thing is, this was sign under the old contract when data was still at 12GB, now its 4GB. for any new subscribers or any old line that upgraded with new phone.

Per Second Billing (after initial block of 1 minute, W.E.F 1 May 2013)

Ideal for ppl who dont want to be under any contract, this current contract will run till october, then you can continue or cancel it. Or ppl in need of a mobile plan with huge data usage till october.

basically you can start using the line once transfer is done, with a 6 mths contract only and a 12gb data which cant be provided anymore with new signed up line.





Note, non singaporeans or pr will be subjected to a security deposit by starhub, which will be refundable when you cancel the line. If you had been blacklisted by starhub, no point, you will be subjected to secuirty deposit as well regardless , even if you are singaporean or pr.
