REAL OR FAKE SEIKO

Hi everyone,

Just came across a few listings on Ebay, selling Seiko watches on bids starting from as low as .99 cents . The variety was also huge. Do u think they could be real, at that kind of price?? Should I go ahead and place a bid? Are these sites reliable?
