mustafa sells a whole set which can change strap, resize bracelet, for $16.

in the hardware section on the top floor, inside the glass cabinet,

Get the whole set. As you need the other tools for bracelet, straps are easier, just use a flat screw driver to pry the spring bar.

Some seiko has drilled lugs, so you can use a pin to push out the spring bars.

Re: Tool to change watch straps
Well you can get a nice tool kit set with a puch from Evolution at The Central, Clarke Quay Station. Level 1. It is near a tailor shop just under an escalator. The vendor was quite okay to say that these days its hard to find a nice complete set of reasonable price. He has about 4-5 kits and they are going at $58.

Passions has place a "RIP OFF" tool kit set in their display which is like those USD 10$ eBay type in plastic see through packaging. The price for it was $98 dollars.

I was at Rochor center, I think those people do not display a kit, but separately. So if you know what you need, there is a good place. But their kit was a pricey one at $130. I rather get it from Esslinger.com and deliver it via Vpost.

Orchard Plaza is another place to go to if Rochor is inconvenient. Hope that helps. (I successfully cleaned up my 14 year old bracelet watch from high school days on a Miyota uncalibrated movement. It's more for learning purposes and practice. Before I touch my other more expensive watches or friend's watches.
