This is commonly referred to as a "president" styled bracelet.
It is no longer available with the SKX series divers.
The SKX series divers only comes with wave style rubber straps or the "jubilee" style bracelet.
The president style bracelet is available from some watch resellers. But they are getting hard to find now.

We use to have a bro here: Aiken, he was quite well versed with Seiko vintages.
He would hv been able to tell u alot.

Thanks.. The view is Anakiwa Bay in the South Island of NZ.. Watch is Tissot Seastar from 1975 and quite likely 2481 calibre, same as 1481 Omega calibre..
Vintage weekend rotating between the Tissot, IWC, and Royal Calendar Orient..
