Like to check what are you guys' ordering experience from Bradystraps?



I placed an order with him on 21 Mar, but till today I have not received any tracking number. Sent him an email on 25 Mar to ask if I should be expecting delays and he replied that my order was shipped out on 23 Mar, and that he would be giving me a tracking number soon. I'm just wondering if the order was already shipped out on 23 Mar shouldn't the tracking number be available by the time I emailed him. In any case, I have not heard anything from him since then and I;m starting to get a bit worried.

I also ordered from bradystrap on 25th march.. But i used ebay.. He got 100% postive feedback.. Dont worry and just wait for it to arrive.. First class usps international mail is slowest and cheapest..

Only ordered once from Todd, didn't have any problems and his replies to my emails were always prompt. Take the time difference into consideration. :)

Ive ordered a few times before and shipment did take 10-12 days to arrive Sg.

so just give it some time.

I'm cool with the wait, just concerned with the lack of communication on whether the strap was sent out. And since he promised a tracking number, I just find it weird that he can't provide one when it was supposedly sent out a few days back. If he had no stock on hand, he can just let me know and I'll be happy to wait.

I don't know how his set up is like. If its a small operation that involves a few ppl, perhaps someone else did the posting and did not pass him the tracking number.



A possibility.



Just send him a chaser. He was ok with my questions.

Me too had ordered from Bradystraps once before and the transaction is okay.. Rem it took close to 2 weeks for the delivery..

I finally got the tracking number today, according to usps it was dispatched to sorting facility on 25th.
