Seiko Diver 200 - SKA511P1 Kinetic .
I ordered through a local Seiko retailer the Seiko Sportura # SKA511P1 Kinetic 200m Diver , it features a clasp similar or the same as the Marine Master 300 , Sapphire crystal glass , hard coated ION bezel .

Now i just have to wait for Seiko Aust , to send it to the retailer :D

Congrats on the new beauty mate!



I actually like the design and have looked at it a few times.

But alas I have too many kinetics to take care. This is in regards to their charge.



Should not be a problem to maintain the charge for you since you don't have too many to wear at the moment. But once your collection start to build up you may find that it's a chore to keep the wearing and charging the watch when there are other options in your collection.

Well am NOT exactly happy with Seiko's quality control of late , the 4 bottom inner markers arent lining up with the outer ones . Its only slightly but enough to be noticable , so either i exchange this watch for another or get Seiko to repair it ? Of late some of the Seiko's in the $500 to $1400 price range i notice the quality control has dropped on some watches "not all" you just got to double check everything is correct .

Its only slightly but enough to be noticable , so either i exchange this watch for another or get Seiko to repair it ? Of late some of the Seiko's in the $500 to $1400 price range i notice the quality control has dropped on some watches "not all" you just got to double check everything is correct .

Exchange it for another. It's still spanking new.

If you send back to the agent it may take longer and they would have to open your watch. Then it won't be 'virgin' any more.

Agree , the previous Seiko perpetual SPC047P1 indexes were also not lining up correctly . Now this watch has the same problems . The retailer is sending another perpetual SPC047P1 for me to view , as they dont have a Kinetic Diver in stock . Am a so over this , its making Seiko look bad . If the perpetual replacement isnt up to spec , ill order another kinetic diver . :roll:

Update -

i returned the slightly faulty Kinetic Diver & being i would've had to wait for new stock to arrive , i instead got a credit note .

Here in Aust , we dont have JDM or Prospex Seiko :(
