Seiko Advertising , All watches @ 10:08 /10:09 ??

I have noticed for a long while now but never knew why ? Is there a meaning behind Seikos advertising of its watches ? That 99.9% are being displayed for viewing online & advertised with Seiko setting the time on watches between approx 10:08 /10:09 :?: besides the obvious , that it makes easy viewing of the watches face & its features with less cluter of hands etc

Is there a significant meaning behind the time setting :?: e.g heritage etc

Analog watches as well as clocks are often marketed showing a display time of approximately 10:09 or 10:10. This creates a visually pleasing smile-like face on upper half of the watch, in addition to enclosing the manufacturer's name. Digital displays often show a time of 12:08, where the increase in the number of active segments or pixels gives a positive feeling

Thanks mate , i thought it maybe the time Kintaro Hattori first opened "Seikosha" for business or something of the sort ;)
