30mins ago. Unaythorized transaction was made to feisuokk98@yahoo.com



For those with paypal might want to monitor closely these few days

Nope. I immediately logged in when the email came in, luckily i happened to be on my ipad at that exact time and managed to cancel in tjme. Still raised a tix tho. In case there,re other ppl who got scammed. I,m just very curious how they managed to change my password without paypal sending me an email, cos when i 1st tried logging in my password didn,t work and i had to reset it.









Weird thing is the guy only scammed $51.80? Lol. I took a minute to think if i really did buy smth.that i forgot But i,m pretty sure i didn,t at least for the past week.

my ebay account was hacked into early last year



hacker used my account to sell Canon SLR cameras at unbelievable price, I tracked back the messages from him to buyers, seller told buyer to trf him $$ 1st in order to avoid ebay fees, there were a lot of people asking questions for the camera that he had posted under my account but I'm not sure if anyone paid to him.



Contacted eBay about it, they confirmed my account was hacked, ding dong here & there until I finally gave up.



i recreated another account.

You are using yahoo emails. Yahoo accounts was hacked recently. So they have access to your yahoo mails

Wow that's scary!! Sorry to ask but you save your account details in PayPal? I don't think that's safe. I manually input account details every time I PayPal.

Yes i did. But after this incident i,ve remove my cc details :)

What does paypal said ? I assume you reported the case to them.

Thanks for sharing. Being in my 40s, I have been wary of opening a Paypal account, have always logged in as a guest. Now I'll just continue as always. No sense exposing cc details thru a third party, no matter how safe they claim to be.

Nothing, they just closed the case since money transfer was cancelled in time. Guess this happens pretty often. Lol
