harold's tuna shrouds

Anyone know how to contact "harold" for the baby tuna shrouds...will those fit an "arnie" H558-5001 ? Can anyone tell me what the phillips screws are that hold the arnie shrouds on...I would need 4 pieces of info: screw type, screw #(size), length and threads per inch)...Miami has lots of boat vendors that sell all types of stainless screws. They look like round head phillips ??
