Help! Flake in watch on dial

Hey guys.. need help and recommendations. Really appreciate for any comments..



I found a flake-like particle sitting on the dial of my watch. It's probably about 1.5mm, and it stays on the dial.



I think the best solution I have will be to go to a watchmaker, to open up the watch and remove the particle. Is there any watchmaker anyone can recommend? Any idea how this will cost? Will K2 Mr Goh be able to help, though this watch is not a Seiko?
