I am at TS now and noticed this displayed on the counter



With effect from 18th march 2013 the service centre will move to:

50 Kallang Avenue

Raffles Medical is taking over the building hoping to turn it into another medical suite.



But URA rejected the proposal...

I should think so because both the customer service AND office will be moving.

Thanks Badern , last time i visted "Thong Sia" they mentioned the planned move . So i guess its actually happening , is Kallang near the Bideford rd outlet ?

The new proposed Kallang site is quite a shift away from the centrally located Bideford rd ,Thong Sia building , the rent will be cheaper :lol:

er...sort of,around a 10 mins walk.walk thru the open field behind the pico building and u will get there.

Retail showroom also moving. I called to ask about a jdm model and was told about the move. Seems shipments affected by the move. Vivocity outlet said they not taking in stocks till move, and won't know what stocks will come in till main office and retail side moved and got settled.

Its somewhat dissapointing to see thong sia move from its central location on bideford rd , being so close to orchard rd & Ngee ann city plaza :(
