these Z22 rubbers are really scary stuff. i had a NOS DOLAZ, and after a few months in my strapbox, the keeper just snapped off when i held it. just like that!



i was thinking, if this can happen to the keeper, it can happen to the strap itself. NOS somemore k!

Sad to see this.. Thru out the years, i have a few Z22 broke off in this manners. The way i see it, this rubber/resin straps behave much like Casio G-shock shrouds/straps, all become brittle and break off eventually, suffered from resin rot.. I remembered the straps usually became abit sticky before they started breaking up.

Luckily i was at moi desk when i heard "thud..." follow by the feeling that "ehhh....how come moi wrist so light one ah??"....

I was shock staring down to see moi wrist is NAKED!!....and Tuna is kissing d desk!!....WTF!!

Nasib is kissing d desk...not the floor! 2molo must go pai pai riao... :mrgreen:
