Citizen Promaster Aqualand Eco-Drive Dive Watch JV0000-01E

Any comments on this watch? Wanted to get one. But realised that there's a few version with slightly different model numbers going around e.g. JV0000-01E, JV0007-02E JV0007....etc

Can't seem to find any differences between all these models.
