but first & foremost, I WANTED the pre-cut foam insert!!



When I received it, woo~ it feels like my watches finally have found a cosy place inside the pelican box :oops:

I am humbled by the wealth of experience and collection (many not shown up) during the meetup and am sure there are many others who did not show up that are not only as passionate but even more experience in knowledge and collection. And that's what makes this journey a joy. The vintages are to drool for indeed! :mrgreen:

Definitely a great meet up! Nice venue especially if you bring the family. There is a nice small field where kids can run around while the fathers drool over watches LOL!



Kudos to Quasimodo for initiating and organizing this. Big thanks to Quasimodo as well for the laser cut foam that he gave us. Really nice and functional.



Here are some of my pics

A few collections stored snugly in the custom made laser cut foam..

















What caught my eye was the White Armida with Ceramic bezel - really stylish and good looking in person





And a bronze Helson. 1st time i handled a bronze watch.







(just realized the watch is a Destro and i wore it upside down! LOL!)



With the rest of the beauties that Cosmograph brought along





Had a great time chatting and talking with the members there.

A quarterly meetup like this is a good idea.
