Good morning!

Before my WIS journey which started last month, I wore my Protrek everyday. Nowadays, I alternate between the OS and Seiko, that's why you can only see these 2 watches on my WRUW posts, although in a different light every time

It's a manual wind - SB-3 as stated. Suppose to be an upgrade from the SB-2 which had some reported issues.

Ohhh.. Nice. where did u get this from?
Re: WRUW 230113
Got it from Trusthonestman- John Liao, some time back. He has excellent service IMHO but recently ran into some problems with a WUS guy who bought a Mt Everest BJWF one that had some "apparent" cracks in the enamel dial after use but that has all be resolved. can PM you his contact if you like. The other proper channel which is more $$ is via bank wire only directly with BJWF.

I do keep in mind that there's no one to service this if anything happens (no warranty outside of the mainland) but WTH, its for the love of a hobby... Ths keeps pretty accurate time (tho I have not timed it but def within reasonable specs)
