Went to Mustapa and some hardware shops in Tampines but they dont have... :(

u can try Hebei Euroasia Industry

They only ship quantities up to 1000 leh....

maybe its easier to buy a lockable tap....



cost ard 15-20odd with those red handle can be locked by padlock.
