Nd advise on tis Sliderule...

yestdae meet up wit a collector n he show me his Sliderule...bt i hab doubt on e overall rook of tis Sliderule bt sad 2 says gt no chances to open e caseback to c e movement...so jz wanna to SIC n c whether any bros can spot whether izzit aft mkt parts... :?:

I notices 2 diff, just my 2 cts





the 'Chronograph Automatic' fonts seems to be slimmer in Molle's sliderule but a bit fatter from the other sliderule.

thk to CEO's input...ya i oso notice that e window ish diff bt didn't notice e numeric ''0'' on e dial... :oops:

Anyway, osim bro has mentioned before, there are "NOS" sliderule that hit our shores, this could be one of them, or it's a very well restored piece. haha...

wah.... the aftermarket dial is so good liaoz nowaday.... :shock: :o Other than what lunarin bro had mentioned.... there is another point to note.... the dial code print fonts is bigger and boarder compared to original.



And the aftermarket bezel insert is also good.... the print texture is different.... :shock: :o

I went CSC last sunday n the Uncle showed me that Sliderule..I ish jus scanned nia.. never even hold or see closely cos I dont want to be mind boggled to spot/pinpoint anything on spot. cos I also not looking to get any sliderule. ;) sometimes to know lesser is a blessing.

oh regard the mentioned sliderule on this thread,if anyone has more findings(local/angmoh) ,do keep us updated.



I checked the old SCWF site and seen most 6138-7000 pics,no such whitish bordered window (unless this example is recond) and I find the below words 'Japan....6138' at ard 6oclock too thick.bold as we always see on aftermarket dials.
