Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?

Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
Over the weekend clean up, I found my old watch, the 1st watch that I owned and which accompanied me through my 1st few primary school years. This probably explains why I favour divers over any other types...

Presenting my primary school watch, a 50m Casio diver, probably one of Casio's best designs durng its heydays, and how impressed I was by the watch display they had at the watch shop, where several of these watches were immersed in a fish tank with fishes swimming around. As a testament to the quality of Casio, it took off the moment I popped in a battery

How tiny this watch really is...

Even tinier when compared with a tuna...

So, what's your 1st watch and if you still keep it? Please share... :)
Re: Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
Mine was the Mickey mouse auto with the moving hands. Can't find it. Dunno where did it go. Second watch, though, is currently being serviced by goh at k2.

An old citizen auto dad gave me when I was in kindergarten.
Re: Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
george,

u sure do have a lot of storages!

p.s. i can't remember if i ve a watch when small.

cheers!
Re: Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
My first "real" watch was an Oris with pointer date and small seconds. Got lots of compliments for it but unfortunately, it was damaged badly during an accident. No pics of the Oris as I've thrown it away, on hindsight, shouldn't have thrown it.
Re: Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
If i'm to recall back the time when i was in primary school as what TS do... mine was a CASIO rectangular quartz watch. I broke the first one when i was in primary 3, get wacked by my mum... becos i broke a 30++ dollars watch then, which is equivalent to probably 500 now?
Re: Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
I remembered in my Pri school days, I was really mesmerised by my watch's chapter ring and it had a brown dial.

Re: Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
I believe mine was a Casio, follow by a swatch during pri/sec school, then I didn't wore any till like 5-6 years ago... Haha then the craze starts.

Re: Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
The first I was given was a blue swatch in P2. Then I wore my watch on my right wrist.

The first watch I bought with money I earned is a Casio g-shock codename cipher mudman in red/black..

Re: Blast from the past...what was your 1st watch?
Never had a watch in school. My 1st Timex died after 10 years. One solid piece. Must look for stock pic. Thrown away. Army G shock completed died after army... This was my work watch when I started and Timex died. Was a reward for myself and still have it, works great

Treasured time piece & very first mechanical costing a whopping $85 from Tanjong Pagar then... :D

Couldnt find a picture of it but it was a Omega Speedy "inspired" fossil I bought in secondary school, close to this

Was a pretty tough quartz watch till it ended up at the bottom of the Singapore river after a night of drinks in my poly years.
