YES!!!

they also took a very long time to repair my wife's OS. I was getting quite pissed coz I was not updated on the situation even after i had asked.

yeah.. still under warranty that's why i went back to them.

the timing suddenly went erratic - gaining and losing time.

at first i thought coz my wife is deskbound, the watch not fully wound up. so i tested it at home fully winding it everyday for a week..

sure enough somedays gain 30-40mins.. otherdays lose 10+mins.. erratic

brought back to them and was told it will take 6-8weeks coz have to send back. so ok, no problem.

then after 8wks passed i hear nothing from them, so i call up. they say will check and call me back in 30 mins, but never call me back. After 4-5hrs, i call up again.

SA on the phone tells me that the repair takes 6-8 weeks and they will call me once the watch is back.

i had to tell her that from the day i sent in till this phone call has been 8 weeks. Then she stun, tells me watch is in HK and they have backlog. :? :?

So i ask how long more, they say dunno. But once watch is in, they will call me.

No problem, since i am going away overseas, i will give it another 2-3weeks.

after i get back from my trip, there is still no call from them. So i call up and they say will check and call me back in 30mins.

Atleast this time they call me back in 30 mins and say watch is in, and can pick up.

all in all, they say 6-8 weeks for repair, but it actually took 11-12 weeks.

not the best CS imho, but atleast the watch is keeping time so far.

*fingers crossed it will be like this for a long long time.*

wow

but at least, like you said, it's been keeping time ;)

I'm surprised to hear such issues happening to a OS, I thought OS is slightly above a normal Orient grade, hmm

I'm just happy I got the watch back and being optimist ing abt the whole incident.

I hope their aftersales svc improves, else there's gonna be a lot of unhappy clients.

Jmho.

Mine take 9 weeks to repair. But I collected it after 3 months.

Didn't really chase them since I am busy moving house.

I bought mine on 7th Aug, sent in on 13 Sept. Collect back 13 Dec.
