Big Time , 483 Simm's Ave .

I visted "Big Time" 483 Simm's Ave store today , i spent the time there talking with"Daryl Chang" very nice guy . I dicussed with him in detail Orient watches & he shown me his extensive range of Orient watches , they are very nice . I also checked out his JDM Seiko range & checked out the "MM300" very nice watch , but also equally as nice is the "Orient He-Gas Divers a EL02001M" .

In summary the store & "Daryl's" service was exellent , i am very impressed with "Big Time" watch store . :D

bro thanks for your impression next time if you meet up with him ask him why the singapore price always higher than USA. now that orient is owned by seiko prices should be cheaper here than the states. am i wrong guys? feedack will be appreciated

Seiko prices are higher also in Singapore when compared to Australia for instance , market forces @ play ? Exchange rates ? :?

Sent in my twice broken Orient Star yday, was expecting another long wait for the repair. ( the first repair took them 7 weeks)



Was pleasantly surprise the lady decide to change a new movement for me. And she has to do about 15mins OT for the change of movement. 8-)

Bought an Orient Marko for my son at Taka sale. The watch stopped and I went to Big Time at Sin's Avenue. They changed the watch without any problems. Great service. I would like to visit the place again when I have the time to look around. Cheers.

I want to add some more feedback of my trip to 'Big Time' on Sims Ave , i woke up bored and hot while on holiday in Singapore . So being this site mentioned 'Big Time' often i thought why not check it out & if i get lost trying to find it "who cares" its all new to me

So off i went from my bro in laws apartment at Sengkang & walked my way to Buangkok MRT were i had breakfast at the local kopitiam

After a nice Roti & Lor Mee breakfast , i headed down to the MRT train depo & caught a train to Paya Lebar station

From there i was spun around & wasnt sure which way to head off to , so i go totally the wrong way to this street

Finally after walking kinda lost for approx 8 mins or so , i saw a shop that looked like watch store , fingers crossed its Big Time

So i entered the store & proceeded to check out the Orient watches & also Seiko JDM's , when Daryl Chang comes over & introduces himself to me . We got chatting for ages it seemed & even after i told him am not purchasing today , but only come to check out his store . He said no probs mate , relax while i get you a ice water & lets talk watches What a great guy Daryl is , after plenty of discussions regarding Orient watches , i found a new apprecaition for Orient watches .

Anyway i figured am taking up way too much of Daryls time & after aprrox one hour , i said take care mate & see you next time am in Singapore .



In summary 'Big Time' i can highly recommend them .
