Wow. That ex. I remember EMS with tracking is less than 50 usd typically. Unless you shipping a very big box.

Sorry OT here but just what I know shipping to be from US,



FedEx, better be prepared for USD$100-150. Especially if full box/set

USPS International Express USD$40 min(nothing heavy maybe pau with bubble wrap GAO GAO) if not up to USD $70-90. Priority International slightly less about 60% of express price. So have to take into account.



Sellers I know will jack up more versus less to cover their trip or whatever expenses they feel necessary. If they are reasonable, they will refund or share cost. But that's a bonus.



This all before GST if above SGD$400. :mrgreen:

Kinda OT here.. but since we are on this topic of buying from overseas, I will always refer the USPS the US seller..



Take the flat rate priority mail, like USD14.95... if you want better shipping, go for EMS, usually USD30-40.



There's no way a shipping can cost USD100.. although there are some that cost up to USD65 like Halios.. but they use Fedex.

Just for info, any parcel that is less than 6lbs can be shipped to spore via first class mail for less than 30 provided the size is not huge.

Big time is that price in Sg (there abouts IMO worse case) so you decide lor. Think skywatchers may be cheaper but only their own warranty. TS is most ex but TS warranty and be prepared to folk out $900plus...if they have stock.

With regards to Skywatches aka watch fashion... if you blindly purchase at their retail store without insisting on the warranty card then yes... chances are you will only end up with a thermal printed receipt which is the only proof of warranty that you purchased from the shop.



However if you insist on the warranty card, they will issue it. Tested and proven, but just curious with the international warranty card, can I go for servicing at TS FOC? :mrgreen:

I checked again and can confirm that $848 is the final price and warranty covered by thong sia. So is this a good deal?

If local TS warranty. Decent price, (having to take into account that TS is providing warranty) in your case, less a few red notes without TS warranty won't be a game changer plus got chio bu who knows her product according to you. :lol: :lol: hard to challenge this. :D

It's classic 60's look really mesmerized me and I cannot resist it.. 40mm size fits all my wrist comfortably and it's a dress watch suitable for all occasion. Nice!

Yes boss, I've seen it on pics at forums etc but the real thing really kills me.. White clean dial with classic sword hands.. It's even tapered at The ends to mimic the old classic looked. And the domed glass... All I can say is "SUI"

I especially like this shot, the reflection of blue on the silver hands and indexes.

I wonder will ORIENT come out with another new wave of variants next year with:-

a. metallic brown dial with ROSE GOLD case and indexes.

b. pearly satin light yellowish white dial with SS case and blue hands as well as blue indexes.

c. pearly satin light bluish dial with SS case and blue hands as well as blue indexes.
