Orient Politician or Citizen Stiletto

So I was surfing around looking for a thin dress watch on behalf of my brother and i came across the above two models. Both look decent for an office beater and quite attractive if I may add. You guys come across either of these 2 models before? Personally i kinda prefer the dial on orient politician, simple and nice. Are these widely available?

The orient ones are quite cheap and much thinner than the citizen i think.



Plus the citizen is eco-drive.



Not a fair comparision but if it was me, i would get the orient cos its much cheaper =p

Daily beaters, if wear super ex, can be quite scary one.

The citizen, most likely is a JDM model so u may need to get from the usual japan dealers
