SIC my recent 7548 (arrived yesterday)

Decided to add a decent mint 7548 to my Diver's row as I realised I don't have Pepsi in my collection.



Later picking up a brand new SKX009K from K2. Also another pepsi but I thought it is iconic of modern Seiko divers.



I remember when I was in Pri school, my impression of a real man watch is a round metal watch with a red-blue bezel on a black strap. That time I pestered my father to buy but it was too expensive then so it was a no-go. Kena scolded somemore.



My collection theme is now "Icons" so I try to collect the iconic or noteworthy pieces.

I used to own the 009J but for admiring only, not to wear.



Now as I wear this 009k on president, WOW, very classy looking watch, won't lose to swiss watches! :)

Tio.... should get this one.... a lot of seiko patents goes into this watch...... but a tad smaller than the usual SQ/SKX.... ;) and the only non-SQ dial dat I know of.... dun mind getting this one if opportunity come my way.....
