In view of recent events, we concluded that we have been too accommodating and too lenient in enforcing order.



To avoid any more misunderstanding issues happening in the future, we will take a stricter stance in posts that violate the rules. Action will be taken, from post deletion, to removing of certain privileges.



Once the rules are finalised, we will re-open Market Place but all old posts will be moved to a new Sales Archive section.



The archive section will serve as a reference, so threads with sold or withdrawn items, or unsold items for more than 5 months will be moved to the archives.



The next 2 posts will reflect the amended rules.

As with all forums, here are the house rules:

[color=#FF0000]- Primary language of communication is English, other languages are fine if translation are provided.[/color]

- Do treat all member with respect, treat others how you want others to treat you.

- Posts should not contain religious texts, political statements, sexist remarks or any other offensive text.

- Stay in topic, any off-topic goes to Chit Chat: http://forums.seikoclubsg.com/viewforum.php?f=6"#FF0000">[color=#FF0000]- Any form of sales activity are not allowed outside Market Place[/color]

There are no other posting restrictions as long all the above rules and guidelines are met.



Basically, chill out, stay warm and happy and we will have a very friendly community. :D

As all sales forum, here are the house rules:

- Do state your topic and post clearly (A well written sales post with photos is for your own benefit only)

- WTB: Want to buy

- WTS: Want to sell

- FSOT: For sale or trade

- FT: For trade



- Topics should be in this manner for easy reading, examples:

- "WTB: XXX Watch, $XXX

- "WTS: XXX Watch, $XXX

- "FSOT: XXX Watch, $XXX

- "FT: XXX Watch, $XXX



- All posts must include asking price and description, photos are optional.

- No fakes or replicas allowed.

- Editing and deleting of posts is not allowed to maintain full accountability.

[color=#FF0000]- All sales communication should go through the PM system.[/color]

[color=#FF0000]- Only replies to your own sale thread to add details or bump is allowed, members should be refrain from posting their comments or remarks in other's sales threads[/color]

[color=#FF0000]- One bump every 24 hours only[/color]

- All good and bad feedbacks goes into the feedback forum: http://forums.seikoclubsg.com/viewforum.php?f=9"#FF0000">[color=#FF0000]or withdrawn[/color], you can lock your own thread.



[color=#FF0000]Other notes:

Sales threads that are locked or older than 5 months will be archived. If an item wasn't sold in 5 months and it's moved to the archives, if it's still for sale, you can start a new sales thread.

It's recommended to have a single sales thread if you have multiple items for sale.
