Yah, I went googling their photos for that movie. No leg shots.. so....

I've seen worse than this guy before. That's why when I see guys at the gym in track pants and tank tops... I have to wonder what they're really hiding.



Years ago I heard someone refer to this type of body as a "clubbing" body... as in work out to go clubbing on the weekend.

Anyway, there are a lot of folks in the gym who train their legs, although their legs still looks small, they move big weights !

currently on 5/3/1 training ...the combination of squats plus deadlifts will really sweat you out in no time .

Not making light of their effort. It takes a lot to activate growth in the legs since those muscles are used so much from our walking and constantly being on our feet.



But it IS a matter of balance.
