Unscrew removable wire lugs
Hi guys,



Pardon me asking this question :oops:

had just brought a used dievas vintage but I have issued loosen the 4 screws. All four!

Try anticlockwise unmoved! Like jam.. b4 attempting the screws look little wornout..



Any expert here can help? Else comtemplating go watch shop pay $ to unscrew :oops:



I used those 6pcs jewellers screw drivers set or I should get a proper one?

Sorry bro, I may not be an expert but could it be the screws are just for deco? it could be a spring-bar after all....... I encouter a watch before tried unscrewing and later realized it was actually held by spring-bar instead... the screws are for deco only....

Sorry bro, I may not be an expert but could it be the screws are just for deco? it could be a spring-bar after all....... I encouter a watch before tried unscrewing and later realized it was actually held by spring-bar instead... the screws are for deco only....


Instruction state

1. Loosen screws with 1.6mm slotted screwdriver.. :? I tried anticlockwise pressure hard turn. Unmoved :x

best u bring it down to a shop to get it remove else u might destroy the + then lppl liao :(

Likelyhood, there's loctite in place. If u can try dipping a few drops of alcohol or acetone. Might help but always take precautionary measures by putting some tapes over the surrounding area b4 u attempt to do any work on the screws/springbars. Do w care....

oh i have unscrewed, screwed this dievas and panerai with this wire lugs many times.



the screws are not for deco , they are screwed in clockwise to push down against the indentation in the wire lug. the secret is pushing in the wirelugs fully on both side into the case so that the tiny indentation aligns with the screw , its quite tricky since the wire lugs are exerting force outward and is resisting entry into the case. vice versa for unscrewing

Think it's better to bring down to Anders and let him show you how to unscrew the lugs. I understand the watch set comes with a tool that is just nice the size on the screws.



I too have unscrew it several times without any problem.



If you need extra sets of screws, u can order from them as well.
