Omega Speedmaster. What model is this?

Thus afternoon I molested my friend's vintage speedy.

Dial layout is different, anyone know this model?

not too sure abt the top dial. but u r correct, subdial @ [9] is 24hr , and there is a pointer date on the chapter ring.

i can not rem the bottom subdial and top :oops:

I did a quick search using speedmaster automatic triple calendar and it showed this model using Omega 3820.5026 (or 3820.50 in short) using Omega calibre 1151(circa 1996 onwards,based valjoux 7751). there are many variants on this speedy.
