Open up the package this morning and took a few pictures.

Why it is called "Albacores" ? Beats me !



The look-a-like isofrane rubber strap is soft unlike the original which I yet to have. :(

Clean with soft cloth and the micro fibre somehow stick to the rubber strap. :lol:

Isofrane strap has this problem ? I don't know. :?:

Have to wear the last hole and still loose. Try the first big hole too tight. :evil:

That's why still hesitate to buy. :cry:

Enough of talk, let the pictures do the talking. :mrgreen:



















































Order the Anvil bracelet and feel sorlid.

Will post some picture if switch to Anvil braceket.

I was abit worried on the lume of albacore cos i am quite a lume fanatic...to my surprise when i open the box at the post office, hmmm...not bad, quite strong de leh. so, i am quite happy with it :lol:

when my HK friend(non-WIS but collects fashion watches only) came to visit me last year.



saw my little collections of seiko watches in my bedroom....nothing interest him at all cos all diver watches look the same and boring to him. :(



Only bullhead, SBBN007 and SBBN015 caught his eyes....first thing he said: these seiko watches r very nice and CUTE! :lol: :lol: :lol:

This new Albacore will be officially for sale soon. This watch is base on the SBBN007/7549-300m Tuna case using an automatic 4R/NH36 movement and it's rated to 200m. Only 150 pieces made and don't think I'll do them again once they're gone. Price for the watch on Ploprof style strap is US$399. Optional Hammer or Anvil bracelet is US$70 and I can install a domed coated sapphire for US$60. You can choose a black bezel insert like that in the attached or a 7549/6309 vintage style black insert. The Kanji word on dial means 'Tuna'.



If you want a bracelet, it will come with the cool all solid ss clasp with extension in the attached. Let me know if you want one.

Mine has arrived too.

Ohh dear, i have the same problem of lint sticking onto the rubber strap too !



Anyway, its now mounted onto a Neo Monster strap, fit swee swee !

I am not sure is it mine having these problem,



1. tool marks at the back of the case

2. spring bars come off easily, my watch flew off the wrist a few times

3. bezel turn might not have click sound...
