Yup, it's for massaging the muscles to reduce tension. Always lazy to stretch, so end up with tight and stiff muscles, can be painful sometimes.



Anyway, don't really like buying from retail shops as their profit margin is thick thick.. Haha.



I already found some selling like $60-70.. I was like WTF, it's just a bloody foam. Who buys such expensive foam to pack boxes with... gosh

Ya I was searching the old threads. All 60-70 bucks. Got a lobang for $17 long gone. That's why I don't believe it should cost 60-70 lol.



If really can't find then I go buy PVC pipe and wrap liao lol. But a bit too hard.

but i cannot guarantee whether are those hard foam or styrofoam :( :lol:

its the foam roller for myofascial release....release of muscle tension and promotes recovery.... if you have habit to use it often,it will help to ease your aches and pains...esp so for backs,butt(gluteus maximus) and esp for runners(ITB + shin splints,calf aches)



I got mine(cant remember wat density but can check,some are printed on sides of foam) from fitness expo last time...the small one so its portable..



can try local online stores? nutrition park/TSW etc?



else can subsitute with soft plastic waterbottle filled with water... but cannot be compare to actual thing.



*dont anyhow use other hard objects to roll.... this kinda foam roll can be bought at fitness related shops nia..

Can't find from the usual online stores. Didn't really look at all of them but those I frequent.



Just saw it in a sports shop at novena square. $35. Gonna have dinner and search online to see if it's the best price lol.
