It has been a long time since I had an exciting find at CSC...



Nice solid wood carving, shabby chic, folk art and clock all in one! 42cm x 23cm.



Cleaned up nicely, and really enjoying the intricate details, hand painted, carved and looks 50's or 60's.



Pictures below, back showing the well made for a clock mechanism...so the question is to display as it or ask Ah Goh to mount a seiko clock? :lol:

What a beauty! If you do decide to mount a clock, make it the smooth sweeping hand type and hands to match.

it would be nice to have a clock movt inside... but the hands might not match the decor, if u know what i mean.
