easy ,just give warning straight to those members who break rules time n time again...after a few times then give red card and say byebye...
this is a free forum,mods also volunteering and as much as they wanna make everyone happy but still a need to observe rules and blend in with the rest(english or chinese speaking).
some dialects/mandarin words in a sentence is still ok once a while so dont do that often. Wall of chinese texts are a turn off for a portion of ppl.. rojak dialects+chinese+singlish +wall of text deserves a death penalty 8-)
if anyone insist to chill and type in WOT chinese or similar(foreign /dialect language other than english) then pls go make your own forum IMO... you be your own admin and mod. :D
you guys always say understand this and that but dont really feel how non mandarin speaking/non chinese bros will feel...definitely will feel 'out' of the SCS circle.. and that eliminates the kampong spirit we are suppose to have. No race+language shall divide us all... so we also be considerate and act like adults..

All I want to say is the forum primary language is English, I hope I don't need to state it so explicitly in the rules. There are non Chinese members, overseas members willing to exchange information and collaborate. Putting a Chinese title is like saying "non Chinese stay out". I know that's not the intention but it's discouraging to a non Chinese.
I also don't encourage off topic chit chat in certain sections of the forum is out of respect for the thread starter and I strongly advocate that information should always be neatly organized.
Every thread has a topic. Even in chit chat, we talk about cars, food, shopping malls. If you lump everything into a single chit chat thread, how to reference it in future ?
Everything comes back to this goal, we hope to be the first forum that people think of to discuss about Seiko and other watches. http://forums.seikoclubsg.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=54" false;
If the posts are against that simple goal, I will just take necessary actions to edit, delete and lock.
I won't ban any members, only exception are spammers.
I hope I make my stand clear. I will and have to update the rules again.
