Missus preference

Missus preference
My CO likes Omega but she can't bear to buy a BN piece, I tink she likes Constellation this type, thin & light but the thing is, she's not those petite size woman, she is abit shorter than me & I thought such small watches will look small for her.

No matter how many times I psycho other brands on her, her preference is still Omega :|

I think her Oris should take a break after serving her for so many years :?

But I dun see many preowned Constellations FS on forums leh :(

any lobangs?

Re: Missus preference
i think omega chrono better to service at Omega service centre....the chrono pushers and bezel is a headach to source outside...included the pusher gaskets, crown gasket and bezel replacement!

...No matter how many times I psycho other brands on her, her preference is still Omega :| ...

It's not surprising that most women(no offense to your madam) will tend to be influence more by their sistas than their own husband when it comes to fashion sense wor...

It reminds me when i saw a blink blink piece on my colleague's wrist when she was just joined in for 2 mths, a FRENCH CONNECTION. I asked her how much she paid for that piece, she claims that 4 orange note, i was shocked, asked her back why dun go for SWISS MAKES with SWISS MOVEMENTS? Her reply... BCOS SWEE MAH! NOT LIKE THOSE STUPID Mechanicals, so bulky and troublesome.....

OMG..... i just shake my head and go...
Re: Missus preference
my CO, though not really a WIS but she doesn't go for fashion brand watches, lol but she like none of my watches too O.o

I got her an Oris 5-6 yrs back & it has been her daily watch ever since.

Her skin is sensitive to s/s so she can't wear a bracelet watch & leather strap buckle area has to be anti-allergic type, means, the buckle area has an additional small leather patch which the buckle sits on so when she's wearing the watch, the strap buckle does not comes directly into contact with her skin,, if not, rashes will develop :|
Re: Missus preference
Titanium is the way to go!!!

Many choices out there....i think omega oso have some titanium models....
Re: Missus preference
hahaha... Then tell her frankly lor... Only G-Shock fit's her wrist only, all plastic, no worries!

Re: Missus preference
Ceo, to be frank w u. Most ladies except a minority likes Mechanical. The safest way is to get her what she likes n no hassle for servicing. That is Quartz. Save e headaches for u. What Ah Long said is true. Omega Chrono is too costly to maintain. IMO, not worth e $$$. Go visit shops like Top Hour, Monster time, ebronzage (not friendly at times). These few shops known to have Omega Constellation. A diamond stabbed Constellation is what most ladies aim for. Best to them is Rollie n some likes Cartier. Try getting 26mm constellation instead the true classic ladies size. 1st hand ard 5k. Preown complete set ard 2.5k-2.9k. All depends on age. Hope u had fun cos I've been true this phrase. Not easy to tell them on the date adjustment past 9 to 3. Quartz solves e issues.
