If Sg customs are interested in your package and want to charge you Gst, they will hold your package and seNd you a letter. Payment can be done via singapore post (with additional fee) or you can pick up and pay yourself at Customs office at Main post office at paya lebar.

They will also ask for a copy of the invoice of the purchase for the 7% gst charge.
