Just thinking out loud here, is it possible for a brushed part of the watch.. say the case from a seiko monster to be polished till it's all shiny, like some parts of it and the bracelet?

yup.. just use autosol and polish it up.

or if you want, u can go over it with a fine wet n dry sandpaper to dull the brushed finish before polishing with autosol.
