KOPI- as you had guess it, is the South East Asian version, naming of Coffee beverage. However, most of the time, it is referred to Asian Expresso with condense milk. If someone placed an order for KOPI-"O", that will means Coffee without condense milk, but sweetened with sugar.

Prata- Also known as PAROTA back in india, is a pan fried dough that taste like puff skins... Originally the dough is shaped like a ball. After some flipping and slapping, like what you have seen during the pizza making process, eventually gets folded into puff like look, pan fried with little oil used... and voila! The prata. Usually served with curry gravy or meat pastes. However, in Singapore, Prata may come wth western servings such as Chocolate sauce, or even ice cream.

The Annual Little India Food Festival is coming soon. Just in case if you popped by in your business trip, do try out the "Singapore" styled Expresso and the Prata!
